Who Should Apply: Apply only if you are passionate about helping the community and philanthropic works or if you want to know more about owning and running a non-profit business

Company Mission: Corporate Code is designed to expand the participation and leadership of displaced men in our community – the homeless, formerly incarcerated, and/or unemployed.  The goal is to help them gain economic independence by providing interview-appropriate clothing and career counseling.  By building self-confidence, Corporate Code strives to ease the transition to gainful employment.

What You Will Learn: All aspects of business to include non-profit management, office operations, fundraising, special event production and management, media relations and retail services and management.

Positions Available: Internships & Volunteers

Hours/Week: Internship 15-20 hours a week/ Volunteers will be needed on a project basis for event staffing needs.

Compensation Available (Wage vs. School Credit or both): Position is a community service, volunteer and/or in exchange for college credit

When: Monday May 23, 2011

Where: Porter Sanford III Performing Arts & Community Center-3181 Rainbow Drive Decatur, GA 30034

Why: The programming is centered on the theme of empowerment and focuses on the idea that the GOOD KARMA Seeds You Plant Today are the Keys to Success.  Event will include workships that educate young ladies and men on healthy relationships, dating, safe sex education, self esteem, and much more!
