My name is Chevon Hines and this is my blog focused solely on providing internship, volunteer, & professional work opportunities (paid & unpaid) for people interested in not just “going through” life at a mediocre level, working from paycheck to paycheck, but those interested in fully accessing the phenomenal & fulfilling life you were meant to have doing what you LOVE TO DO  and working in the field of your passion! My intentions are to give you the opportunities that will lead to you pursuing your dreams as well as the positive energy & encouragement to keep you motivated.

200 Peachtree Parking, located in the Historic and Elegant Renovated Macy’s Building in the Heart of the Downtown Atlanta Business District, is seeking outgoing, personable, ambitious, accountable, and motivated Sales Associates to accomplish the goal of selling affordable, extremely convenient, and flexible, Monthly Parking Passes to the Downtown Atlanta Community.

  • Not only is our covered parking garage highly accessible, being a two to five minute walk to Georgia State University, Peachtree Street, Marietta Street, Centennial Olympic Park, the Newest Popular Downtown Attraction Skyview Atlanta, Atlanta Streetcar, and countless other Downtown Restaurants and Businesses,  but it is also only $50/month, a price point 25-30% lower than the average parking garages in the area, it’s free in and out without additional cost to the consumer, and it’s month-to-month pay-as-you-need-it flexible enough for the patron to cancel anytime without any yearly contractual obligations or penalty.

Sales Associate Job Duties:

  • Establishes new accounts by interacting with potential customers through street-level promotions and B2B relationship building and management.

 

  • Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and to sell additional parking spaces.

 

  • Ensure each customer receives outstanding service and exceed expectations by going above and beyond to answer questions and provide solutions to problems.

 

  • Execute the daily operational, day-to-day, & weekly goals and priorities assigned by Sales Team Manager to ensure we are reaching weekly objectives.

 

  • Master the Sales channel of your assigned Downtown Territory and ensure everyone is informed about our Parking offering in your Territory.

  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports as needed (i.e. daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses.)

 

  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing & offerings.

 

  • Recommends strategic changes in sales tactics by paying attention to market response and by evaluating results and competitive developments.

 

  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, communicating with Management, & developing expedient solutions.

 

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, maintaining exceptional work ethic, upholding integrity, and maintaining positive, cheerful, collaborative attitude in work environment.

 

  • Must be able to commit to working as needed  to accomplish sales goals and must be comfortable with weekly sales goals and quotas.

 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations

 

  • Must be a strong team player yet still able to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

  • Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

 

  • Previous Sales Experiences a Plus

 

  • Bilingual is a Big plus
